As for the ABA&#039;s high recommendation now, I would suggest that the ABA&#039;s evaluation criteria concerning &quot;competence&quot; really missed the mark this time around - probably because the liberal ABA loved Hamilton&#039;s abortion decision and legislative prayer decision.
